I found this cool makeup video for doing scary makeup for little girl’s bride Halloween costume.  You can do it with or without the gash on the side of the face, plus or minus the fake blood. You could just do stitching across the forehead, and around the neck - sort of a bride of frankenstein costume look.  Main thing is to have fun with it, and be sure it’s exactly what the child wants too!
